Liebe Kolleg*innen, liebe Interessierte,
wenige Tage nach dem Start der Unterschriftensammlung für unsere Forderung nach einer außerordentlichen Personalversammlung zum Thema Befristung haben wir schon mehr als 400 Angestellte für das Vorhaben gewinnen können (und nochmal genauso viele Solidaritätsunterschriften von Studierenden, Professor*innen, Lehrbeauftragten usw.) – das ist mehr als die Hälfte der benötigten Unterschriften und damit ein toller Zwischenerfolg! Damit wir das Ziel erreichen, heißt es jetzt noch einmal in den Endspurt gehen. Druckt euch die Listen aus und bittet eure Kolleg*innen um eine Unterschrift oder leitet die Mail mit dem Link zum Online-Unterschreiben an eure Instituts-, Fachbereichs- und sonstigen Mail-Verteiler weiter:

Wichtig ist: Die außerordentliche Personalversammlung soll noch dieses Jahr stattfinden (der Termin folgt dann ganz bald), das heißt: alle Papierlisten müssten bis zum 16.11. per Hauspost verschickt werden, damit sie bis zum 20.11. vorliegen – online könnt ihr noch bis zu diesem Datum unterschreiben. Schickt sie bitte im verschlossenen Umschlag an:
ver.di Betriebsgruppe, c/o Brigitte Rosebrock (persönlich!), IT-Servicezentrum, Universität Kassel, Mönchebergstraße 11, Raum 1140, 34109 Kassel oder bringt sie direkt dort vorbei.
Wir wollen den Druck auf die Uni-Leitung erhöhen, damit sie dem Befristungsunwesen ein Ende bereitet: das geht nur gemeinsam und mit möglichst vielen. Wir freuen uns, dass ihr dabei seid!

Dear friends and colleagues,
a few days after the start of the signature collection concerning our demand for an extraordinary staff meeting on the topic of limited contracts, we have been able to already gain the support of more than
400 employees (and additionally the same number of solidarity signatures of students, professors and lecturers) – this is more than half of the required number of signatures and thus a great preliminary success! In order to achieve our goal we now need a final sprint. Print the lists and ask your colleagues for a signature or forward the link for signing online to mailing lists of your instute, department or other channels:

Important is this: the extraordinary staff meeting is supposed to take place this year (the exact date will follow very soon), that means: all printed lists have to be in the Hauspost on 16.11. in order to be present for the counting on the 20.11. – the online signature on the other hand is possible until that date. We want to increase the pressure on the university executive so that they put an end to the absurdity of these working contracts, this is only possible together and with as many people as possible. We are very happy about you being part of the effort!
